  • Lead digital learning strategy for the school within Cognita, a group of over 100 schools across 17 countries.
  • Oversaw implementation of Flint, the AI learning platform Cognita is rolling out group-wide to 95,000 students.
  • Manage IT resources and provision across the school.
  • Design and deliver CPD to staff on AI implementation, Microsoft Teams and digital safety.
  • Deliver AI literacy and digital safety sessions directly to students.

  • Established and run the school esports provision.

IB Topic 6 — Resource Management. Repton Dubai, second academic year. Graded outstanding on formal observation.

The sequence has students self-assess prior knowledge, research components in pairs by scanning QR codes, then debate essential versus non-essential hardware before a closing self-review. The two assessments bracket the lesson deliberately — progress a student can see for themselves is worth more than progress only I can see.
